개인정보처리방침
GCV는 공개 홈페이지와 로그인 기반 앱을 구분하고, 기능 제공에 필요한 범위에서 개인정보를 최소한으로 처리하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다.
1. 적용 범위
본 방침은 gcvpi.com 홈페이지와 app.gcvpi.com의 GCV 앱에 적용됩니다. 홈페이지의 내 GCV 회원 화면은 앱에서 가입한 계정의 서버 기록을 조회하는 별도 화면입니다. Pi 인증, 호스팅 등 외부 서비스를 이용하면 해당 제공자의 개인정보처리방침도 함께 적용될 수 있습니다.
2. 처리할 수 있는 정보
- 공개 홈페이지: 로그인 없이 콘텐츠를 읽을 수 있으며, 서버 운영 과정에서 IP 주소, 요청 시각, 브라우저 정보 같은 접속 기록이 보안과 오류 확인 목적으로 생성될 수 있습니다.
- 로그인·계정: 사용자가 선택한 로그인 방식에 따라 이메일, 서버 내부 사용자 식별자, Pi 계정 식별 정보와 인증 상태를 처리할 수 있습니다.
- 프로필·활동: 사용자가 입력한 프로필 항목, 운동·게임·QR 확인 등 기능 이용 기록, 통계 계산에 필요한 상태를 처리할 수 있습니다.
- 문의: 이메일로 문의하면 발신 주소와 문의 내용이 답변과 기록 확인에 사용됩니다. 비밀번호, API 키, 지갑 비밀문구는 보내면 안 됩니다.
3. 이용 목적
- 회원 인증, 서비스 제공과 기능 상태 표시
- 활동 기록과 통계 조회
- 오류 진단, 보안 대응과 부정 이용 방지
- 문의 처리와 중요한 정책 변경 안내
- 관련 법령상 의무 이행
4. 보관과 파기
처리 목적이 끝난 정보는 관련 법령상 보관 의무가 없는 한 안전한 방식으로 삭제하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다. 기능별 정확한 보관 기간은 실제 운영 계약과 법적 의무에 따라 정하고, 확정되지 않은 기간을 임의로 약속하지 않습니다.
5. 쿠키와 기기 저장소
앱과 홈페이지 회원 화면은 각각의 탭 세션 저장소에 로그인 토큰을 보관합니다. 토큰을 주소나 로컬 영구 저장소로 전달하지 않으며, 서로의 로그인 상태를 자동 복사하지 않습니다. 비밀번호는 사용자가 로그인할 때 GCV API로 전송하며 요청 처리 후 입력란에서 지웁니다. 언어·화면 설정에는 로컬 저장소를 사용할 수 있습니다. 홈페이지 로그아웃은 앱 세션에 영향을 주지 않으므로 앱에서도 별도로 로그아웃해야 합니다. 사용자는 브라우저 설정에서 저장 정보를 지울 수 있지만, 이 작업은 서버에 보관된 계정이나 기록의 삭제와 다릅니다.
6. Google 광고를 도입하는 경우
현재 공개 소스에는 Google AdSense 광고 코드와 게시자 ID가 연결되어 있지 않습니다. 향후 광고가 승인·도입되면 Google과 제3자 광고 공급업체가 쿠키를 사용해 이전 방문 기록을 바탕으로 광고를 게재하거나 광고 성과를 측정할 수 있음을 알리고, Google 광고 설정 등 이용 가능한 선택·거부 방법을 제공합니다.
개인 맞춤 광고에 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 실제 대상 지역과 광고 설정을 확인한 뒤 Google이 요구하는 인증된 동의 관리 플랫폼(CMP)을 적용합니다. 적용하지 않은 동의 기능을 이미 운영하는 것처럼 표시하지 않습니다.
7. 제3자 제공·처리 위탁·국외 처리
외부 인증, 호스팅, 데이터 저장, 광고 서비스를 실제로 사용하는 경우 제공자, 목적, 처리 범위와 필요한 이전 정보를 관련 법령과 실제 계약에 맞게 안내합니다. 운영에 사용하지 않는 회사를 임의로 기재하지 않습니다.
8. 이용자 권리
이용자는 관련 법령이 정한 범위에서 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 제한 또는 동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 본인 확인이 필요한 요청은 다른 이용자의 정보를 보호하는 범위에서 처리합니다.

Privacy Policy — English translation
GCV distinguishes between its public website and its login-based app. As a principle, it processes the minimum personal information necessary to provide its features.
Common menus and key notices are provided in the selected language. Detailed policies and legal content are in the Korean original.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the gcvpi.com website and the GCV app at app.gcvpi.com. The My GCV member page on the website is a separate page that retrieves server records for accounts registered through the app. When external services such as Pi authentication or hosting are used, the respective providers' privacy policies may also apply.
2. Information That May Be Processed
- Public website: Content can be read without logging in. During server operation, access records such as IP addresses, request times and browser information may be generated for security and error investigation.
- Login and accounts: Depending on the login method selected by the user, GCV may process email addresses, internal server user identifiers, Pi account identification information and authentication status.
- Profiles and activities: GCV may process profile fields entered by users, records of feature use such as exercise, games and QR verification, and the state information required to calculate statistics.
- Inquiries: When an inquiry is sent by email, the sender's address and the inquiry content are used to respond and check records. Do not send passwords, API keys or wallet secret phrases.
3. Purposes of Use
- Member authentication, service provision and display of feature status
- Retrieval of activity records and statistics
- Error diagnosis, security response and prevention of misuse
- Handling inquiries and notifying users of important policy changes
- Compliance with obligations under applicable laws
4. Retention and Deletion
As a principle, information whose processing purpose has ended is deleted securely unless retention is required under applicable laws. Exact retention periods for individual features are determined by actual operational agreements and legal obligations. GCV does not make arbitrary promises about periods that have not been established.
5. Cookies and Device Storage
The app and the website's member page store login tokens in their respective tab session storage. Tokens are not passed through URLs or to persistent local storage, and login states are not automatically copied between them. Passwords are sent to the GCV API when users log in and are cleared from the input field after the request is processed. Local storage may be used for language and display settings. Logging out of the website does not affect the app session, so users must also log out of the app separately. Users can clear stored information through their browser settings, but this differs from deleting accounts or records stored on the server.
6. If Google Advertising Is Introduced
The current public source does not have Google AdSense advertising code or a publisher ID connected. If advertising is approved and introduced in the future, GCV will explain that Google and third-party advertising vendors may use cookies to display ads based on previous visits or measure advertising performance, and will provide available choices and opt-out methods, such as Google Ad Settings.
In regions where consent is required for personalized advertising, GCV will check the actual target regions and advertising settings before implementing a certified consent management platform (CMP) required by Google. Consent features that have not been implemented will not be presented as already operating.
7. Third-party Disclosure, Outsourced Processing and Cross-border Processing
When external authentication, hosting, data storage or advertising services are actually used, GCV will explain the providers, purposes, scope of processing and necessary information about transfers in accordance with applicable laws and actual agreements. Companies that are not used in operations will not be listed arbitrarily.
8. User Rights
Users may request access to, correction or deletion of their personal information, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent to the extent provided by applicable laws. Requests requiring identity verification are handled in a manner that protects other users' information.
9. Inquiries and Notices of Changes
Privacy-related inquiries can be sent to gcv314159pi@gmail.com. When this policy changes, GCV will announce its effective date and key changes on this page or through a notice.
